Cucamonga Canyon - Subject to Closure Parking permits are required to park in the Cucamonga Canyon Reservation Parking area ONLY located on Almond Street (west of Sapphire to Turquoise Ave). Use of permits in any other area is subject to citation and/or towing.

Q: I paid for a permit
online, how long will it take to receive in the mail?
It generally takes
approximately 3-5 business days to arrive in the mail.
Q: I don’t have computer
access. How can I purchase my permit?
There are several ways to
purchase a permit for parking at locations that require a parking permit:
1.
Visit a local City library for free access to a computer 2. Pay station machine (Metrolink station only)
3.
Visit City Hall and staff can assist with setting up an account The City of The City of Rancho Cucamonga Archibald Library has computers available for public use as well. The library’s address is 7368 Archibald Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga CA 91730. Their phone number is (909) 477-2720 and their hours are: Monday through Thursday 10am – 8pm; Friday Noon – 6pm; Saturday 10am – 5pm; Sunday 1pm – 5pm.

programmed to determine City of Rancho Cucamonga residents.
Q: Do you have automatic
withdrawal?
Parking permit fees
will be charged to your credit card or bank account through an automatic debit
on a monthly basis. Automatic debit should occur on or around the 18th
of each month and is payment for the coming month. If for any reason your
payment cannot be debited, you will be sent an email to the email address you
provided in your parking registration, indicating next steps to correcting the
issue. You will have until the 1st of the coming month to correct
payment arrangements. If no payment is confirmed by that time, your permit will
be cancelled and your permit number will be made invalid. In order to reinstate
your permit you will need to provide correct payment information and are
responsible for any and all unpaid fees from the time your permit is made
invalid to the time the issue is corrected.
Q: I do not want to pay by
credit card auto debit, what other options are available? All of the the payment options for obtaining a parking permit online or at the Pay station machine can only be paid for by a credit or debit card. However, if paying by CASH permits can be obtained by coming into City Hall, M - Th between the hours of 7:00am – 5:00pm. Q: I just received a parking ticket. Where can I pay it? Parking tickets can be paid through the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department. Q: What if I have two vehicles that I drive and park in at the Metrolink station, do I have to buy two permits? No, Metrolink patrons will be allowed to register up to two (2) vehicles per permit. However, the addresses for both vehicles must match the billing address.
Q: I lost my permit, what do
I do?
Send an email to
customerservice@permit-sales.com. State your full name,
provide your 4 digit permit number (if you know it) and your lot location, and
state that your permit was lost or stolen. Q: I want to cancel my automatic withdrawal. What do I need to do? Return to the www.parkRancho.com monthly permit login page and select the 'Cancel' button located just above the login box and follow the instructions.
Failure to cancel by the 15th
of the current month will result in charges for the following month
Q: I purchased my permit
online and now I don’t need it anymore. Can I receive a refund?
Unfortuanately we can not offer a refund for parking permits.
Parking is sold on a full month
basis only, and once parking fees have been charged there will be no returns,
transfers or refunds allowed.
Q:
How is parking enforced?
Parking at the Metrolink and Cucamonga Canyon are enforced by
the use of Automatic License Plate Readers (ALPR). The Police Department will
receive a list of license plate numbers with valid parking permits.
Q:
Can I park my car overnight? The Metrolink parking lots are for riders only. Overnight parking is permitted, however cars that are inoperable and/or abandoned will be towed. Parking permits for overnight commuters will be enforced. Vanpool riders can park along Anaheim FREE of charge. All vehicles parked in either of the two Metrolink parking lots will require a parking permit. The only exception are handicapped vehicles with a legal placard displayed and registered on ParkRancho.com. Q: Can I purchase a permit at the Metrolink Station?
Yes. There will be a permit
paystation machine located near the platform.
Q: Can I get a refund at the pay station machine? Yes. Due to extenuating circumstances refunds can be issued. Contact (909) 477-2740 x4091 for further assistance. Q: Is there a fee to use the Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station? Yes. The fee is $1.50 per hour (with a 4 hour limit) to use the EV charging station. |
